Quin and Lindsey hosted Christmas this year in Hamilton. The kids were so excited to open their presents. They played and waited patiently until we were ready to open! It was so fun to watch their faces as they opened their gifts. The ribbon mom used to tie Owen and Piper's gifts together ended up being the "toy" of the day. We would tie them up and they tried to get out. Too fun!!! Owen and Piper were such big helpers for opening all of Sawyer's gifts. It was so nice to spend the afternoon with each other.
Saturday was the Christmas parade in Grandview. Owen's school had a float they could ride on. He was so excited. The teachers gave them a costume to wear and a bag of candy to throw! The kids sat on hay bales and threw candy the whole route. I sat on the floor of the trailer the whole ride! Woo hoo. After the parade, the kids sang a couple of Christmas songs. It was on to the line to talk to Santa. It took a lot to get Owen and Graham to just stand by him! Owen did tell him what he wanted for Christmas...2 ponies and a fire truck. Good luck to Santa!!!
