Give Thanks. Walk.

The St. Jude walk was last Saturday.  It was awesome!  This was our second year and it turned out amazing.  There were so many people and we raised over our goal for St. Jude!  Bransom had several families who came to walk.  I was so excited to have them there. 

 

Happy Birthday Owen

Bowling was a blast!  The kids would get so excited waiting as their ball rolled down the lane.  Owen was so excited to have his friends there with him.  After bowling, it was pizza, cake, and presents.  Thank you to all of our friends for joining us to help celebrate Owen's 5th birthday!

 

 

 

 

 

 

It's a BOY!

Thursday was a very special day. It was Owen's 5th birthday and we got to find out what we are having. Owen got to take cupcakes to his school and the kids all sang to him. He didn't want to talk about that because he got embarrassed! I cannot believe it has been 5 years since he was born. He was such a cute baby.

 

Owen and Jeremy met me at the Dr. office for my 3:40 appt.  Thank goodness Ryan and Blair were there as well waiting for Brittni's appt.  We all waited and waited and waited to be called.  Finally at about 4:45 we were called to the sono room.   Joe, the technician, asked Owen how old he was.  Owen said 4 but we quickly reminded him that it was his birthday and he was 5!  Joe said he would give him the coolest birthday present by letting him be the first to know and then to tell us.  So after all the measurements were taken, Joe called Owen over and whispered in his ear.  Owen went back to Jeremy and whispered in his ear.  Then (I am the third one now) he said "it's a brother."  This was so special and something Owen will remember forever!

Now we have to think of names!!!!!!!!!!!!

Trick or Treat

We tried out the Victory Church Fall Festival here in Burleson.  It was awesome!  There were so many things to do AND lots of people.  Owen and Graham hit the bounce houses first (there were about 15).  Then we tried a few games and got some candy.  The pony ride (Emma's favorite) was a hit as well as the petting zoo.  Owen kept chasing the rabbits to try and pet them.  He got close enough to touch a couple of times.  We ended the night with a train ride.
