Boo Bash

Boo bash was a lot of fun! It took Owen about 30 or more minutes to warm up to all of the people walking around in costumes. We even told some friends we were leaving because he just kept saying I'm ready to go home. On our way back to the car we stopped at a bounce house and Owen saw some friends from Mrs. Angie's. He thought he might like to stay. He finally got in the line to trick or treat and did a good job of saying it and saying thank you! Happy Halloween.

So Many Ducks!!!

The last time we went to feed the ducks, it was a flop. They were either too full or too tired for us and our bread. We even threw waded up pieces at them to try to get them over. No luck.

This time was a hit! They were everywhere. We didn't bring enough bread. I think they would've gone through 3 loaves easy!!! I guess you never know what you're gonna get at the duck pond! We had a blast.

Founder's Day

We had a great time at Founder's Day in Burleson. Owen loved the petting zoo. I think he would've stayed all day. To our surprise, he wanted to ride some of the carnival rides. He tried the train 1st, all by himself. He kept saying he wanted to ride the roller coaster so....we tried it. He had fun. I rode with him and it was really rough. Maybe that was because we were on the last car or it was a carnival coaster?
